About The Position
ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER – NEUROLOGY NORTH Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Baptist Medical Center Campus Join a Neurology Team Making a Real Difference Neurological conditions touch every aspect of a patient’s life. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated AGACNP to support our growing Neurology service and help expand patient access to high-quality care. The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed. This position requires population specific competencies. Responsibilities
- Improve patient access by conducting new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and urgent access appointments
- Perform neurology-related procedures within scope and competency
- Manage medication renewals and titration protocols in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide ongoing care for stable chronic neurology patients under a collaborative practice model
- Streamline documentation and support workflow efficiencies to reduce provider administrative burden
