Responsibilities

Plans, supervises, and conducts various activities for our guests.
Oversee the maintenance of all pool deck recreation/activity equipment, facilities and cabanas to ensure optimal quality and service.
Process billing for recreation and activities.
Interview, select, train and monitor performance activity of Lifeguards, Activities, and Cabana staff. Ensure all have required certification and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and be able to fill in when a lifeguard is needed.
Greet and communicate with guests with a smile in a warm, friendly, and confident manner.
Organize and conduct regular department meetings.
Must be a strong swimmer and be able to pass the Red Cross swim test to be certified.
Opportunity to earn commission on Cabana sales.
