The Activities/Behavioral Specialist provides quality care to residents with behavioral needs. The Activities/Behavioral Specialist works in conjunction with other facility departments to provide activities and support and makes changes to care plans as needed to provide a therapeutic yet homelike environment as we strive to assist our residents in meeting their goals. Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation. It’s About Growth! Our employees are our most valuable assets. Requirements

Current C.N.A license.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health field or recreational program.
Ability to implement activity program and lead groups.
