About The Position
Piedmont Community Services is seeking an ACT Team Supervisor to administer and direct the program of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) across Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas. The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is a self-contained, multi-disciplinary team responsible for directly providing necessary treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals identified with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The Team Leader/Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision and performance evaluation/management to team members, ensuring service excellence and respectful services to program participants, while also functioning as a practicing clinician within the team.
Requirements
- Must be at least an LMHP (Licensed Mental Health Professional)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in provision of mental health services
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes
- Willing to consent to drug screening
