Sell2Nelson is seeking a driven, customer-focused Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work hard and bring a great attitude every day. This individual will connect with people at a high level — both internally and externally — work as part of a team, and carry out Nelson core values daily.

No experience necessary. All newly hired Acquisition Specialists will complete paid training to learn how to:

Appraise a vehicle
Deliver and present an offer
Overcome objections
Successfully purchase inventory

Requirements

• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Professional personal appearance
• Desire to maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented work environment
• Ability to work on your feet for the majority of a full-time work week
• Strong attention to detail in task-oriented responsibilities
• Customer-focused, friendly personality
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Service Advisor, retail sales, or related experience preferred
• Automotive or mechanical knowledge preferred

• Providing a great customer experience
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Exceptional communication over the phone and in person
• Communicating outcomes of customer interactions and appointments
• Actively completing daily follow-up inside the CRM
• Accurately assessing vehicle condition
• Delivering appraisal offers to customers
• Overcoming objections professionally
• Working collaboratively with all team members
• Purchasing profitable inventory for the company
