About The Position

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a highly qualified Acquisition Logistics Manager to support the Air Force Supply Chain Management (SCM) mission at Wright-Patterson AFB. This role requires deep expertise in Air Force acquisition logistics and enterprise supply chain operations, supporting policy development, program execution, and logistics integration across a wide spectrum of materiel management functions. In this capacity, you will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Government, supporting enterprise-level logistics planning, coordination, and analysis. You will play a critical role in ensuring supply chain effectiveness, optimizing support to the warfighter, and enhancing operational readiness through improved processes, systems, and policy alignment. As part of the broader SCM mission, you will contribute to initiatives spanning nuclear weapons-Related Materiel (NWRM), provisioning, cataloging, forecasting, asset management, weapon system support, and demilitarization efforts. Your expertise will support integration across multiple logistics systems and ensure compliance with Air Force and DoD supply chain policies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Air Force acquisition logistics and supply chain management support.
  • Strong understanding of AF enterprise supply processes outlined in AFI 23-101 and AFMAN 23-122.
  • Experience supporting Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) processes and interservice requisitioning.
  • Working-level experience with: Stock Control System (SCS D035A/C/K/L), Secondary Item Requirements System (D200A), Distribution Standard System (DSS), and Integrated Logistics System Supply (ILS-S)
  • Ability to analyze complex logistics systems, develop recommendations, and support enterprise-level supply chain integration and planning.
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting AFMC or enterprise-level supply chain programs.
  • Familiarity with NWRM management and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with logistics metrics development and performance tracking frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DoD and interservice logistics policies and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support across Air Force supply chain functions including NWRM, provisioning, cataloging, requirements forecasting, critical asset management, equipment management, and weapon system support.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating supply chain policies, procedures, user guides, and handbooks.
  • Track and maintain currency of policy and procedural publications.
  • Conduct procedural reviews of materiel management systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support updates to AF, DoD, and AFMC logistics publications.
  • Support development and implementation of logistics plans ensuring alignment across SCM disciplines.
  • Assist in integrating contractor-supported weapon systems and supply support assets into the AF supply structure.
  • Provide analytical support to ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining operational readiness, including life cycle cost considerations.
  • Assist HQ AFMC/A4/10 in maintaining and enhancing supply chain metrics programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness of performance measurement and reporting.
  • Provide technical and management support for interservice initiatives and the AF Logistics Reassignment program, including evaluation and improvement of related documentation and processes.
  • Catalog stock number data in the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)
  • Execute requisitioning, ordering, and turn-in actions in SBSS and SCS (D035)
  • Compute reparable stock levels and manage carcass returns
  • Support logistics operations across systems such as SCS (D035A/C/K/L), D200A, DSS, and ILS-S
  • Identify and implement business process improvements under the Consumable Item Program and Non-Consumable Item Program.
