Requirements
- Experience supporting test and evaluation activities for DoD or Air Force programs
- Knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and evaluation of system performance
- Familiarity with software and/or hardware test environments
- Ability to work in a secure Government environment
- Associates + 20 years RE; or Bachelors IRD + 15 years RE
- Active Secret clearance required. Top Secret eligibility may be required based on assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and engineering support for test and evaluation activities
- Develop and document test concepts, methodologies, plans, execution procedures, and reports
- Support data reduction, analysis, and reporting of test results
- Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to plan and conduct test programs
- Prepare or support preparation of test criteria, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Analyze and evaluate technical problems, data, and system performance characteristics
- Review test results to assess quality, adequacy, and validity of conclusions
- Develop innovative approaches to resolve testing challenges and improve efficiency
- Evaluate test environment configuration, capability, and operational relevance
- De-conflict test schedules and provide recommendations to program test leadership
