About The Position

Position Overview: The Part Time - ACH (Automated Clearing House) Processing Analyst position is an entry-level position that processes various requests involving ACH transactions. They will learn how to navigate within our ACH processing software, PEP+ to assist branch, Member Services Support, and operations employees, along with members, and outside originators with ACH processing and research. They will collaborate with other departments and branches/Member Services Support in processing ACH returns and balancing the ACH system and associated General Ledger accounts.

Requirements

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to cooperate and collaborate with coworkers and various levels of leadership and be cordial and professional in all interactions with members and coworkers in both on-site and remote work settings.
• Must be able to comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Job requires a substantial amount of sitting.
• Use hands and fingers to press keys on a computer keyboard to enter or retrieve information.

Responsibilities

• Logging all incoming return requests by members daily.
• These requests must follow NACHA and REG Guidelines.
• This requires at least 4 hours of heavy keyboard work.
