About The Position

Lead overall advertiser relationships and strategy, including account planning and direct agreements. Responsible for delivering sustained revenue growth through strategic partnerships and expanding product adoption across client divisions by building deep relationships with advertisers and agencies through trust, data-driven insights, and industry expertise. Manage complex customer relationships and initiatives with significant impact, working with upper-tier accounts where objectives and decision-makers may not be clearly defined. Lead cross-functional customer teams to establish clear goals and alignment while providing strategic guidance through category-level insights and relevant recommendations. Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and navigate challenging organizational structures, requiring effective communication with senior leadership through polished presentations and documentation. Develop and share best practices across their vertical and addressing non-standard escalations while maintaining relationships. The position requires both tactical and strategic thinking, with focus on delivering long-term solutions while maintaining strong client relationships. Lead initiatives spanning multiple regions or organizations, while contributing to team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or another related occupation.
  • Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) prospecting, penetrating and creating new relationships with clients at all levels within large Entertainment organizations; (2) driving deals to closure in a new business environment; (3) leading customer relationship management in a client-facing role which includes contract negotiation and administration; (4) retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers through strategic partnerships; (5) understanding display, video, and audio advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for advertisers, and (6) utilizing Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
