Chico Hot Springs Resort is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support the daily financial operations of our historic resort. This role is a key part of our accounting team and works closely with the Director of Finance, Night Audit, and department leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and well-organized financial records. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accounts payable processing, daily deposits, vendor reconciliations, and a variety of general accounting functions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
