Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client located in Wheeling, IL is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Requirements

• Clear communication is a must (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail is a must, willingness to research and resolve issues
• Eager to learn and wants to grow within the organization, being open minded
• Accounts Receivable experience

Responsibilities

• Updating records
• Following up with customers to make sure they have updated resale certifications
• Updating contact lists
• Basic collections, calling customers - call volume can be anywhere from 20-30 per day at least
• Manual check processing system, most payments are checks
• Heavy towards beginning of week
• Daily deposits 5-50 per day
• Accept credit card payments - ranges anywhere from 5-10 apps per day
• In a day anywhere between 2-100 payments
