Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • One – two years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Efficiency: Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
  • Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
  • Flexibility/Adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Teamwork: Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Caterease software (Preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive payments and deposits.
  • Review and record AR billings through Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Code all billings to proper units and General Ledger accounts.
  • Assist in collections and review of AR balances.
  • Maintain correct documentation for billings, revisions, and payments.
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department.
  • Maintain strong relationships with catering personnel and General Managers.
  • Provide backup and front desk coverage if needed.
