About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment, reduce delinquency, and maintain positive customer relationships. This role involves proactive outreach, account analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve billing issues and enforce credit policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of billing experience.
• 5+ years of collections experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Proficiency in using Excel, particularly pivot tables and Vlookups.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.

Responsibilities
