About The Position

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an amazing team in Tampa! In this role, you’ll support North American operations by managing a portfolio, assessing creditworthiness, ensuring timely collections, and providing financial data to management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience.
• 1+ year of B2B collections experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly AR portfolio and assist with financial reporting.
• Review customer payment history to assess credit standing and creditworthiness.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Research and resolve account deductions, including pricing errors, allowances, and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, customer communications, and account reconciliations.
• Communicate directly with clients via phone and email regarding receivables and B2B collections.
