About The Position

At North Range Behavioral Health, behind every appointment, every course of treatment, every step toward healing, there is a team ensuring that support systems are in place. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you are part of that foundation. The Account Receivable Specialist helps to ensure that individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges can access care by thoughtfully verifying and maintaining insurance benefits and eligibility. Working closely with insurance partners, finance teams, and client financial records, you’ll support a smooth, reliable billing process that allows compassion to remain at the center of everything we do. With a high level of autonomy and trust, you will make decisions that directly influence the effectiveness of the accounts receivable department and the organization’s ability to serve our community. You are often a trusted point of contact, responding to questions from clients and colleagues with patience, clarity, and respect, while collaborating with others to solve problems and improve processes. Your work will help strengthen the revenue cycle, not just through accuracy and efficiency, but through care and accountability. By improving billing outcomes behind the scenes, you help ensure our clinicians can focus on what matters most: providing compassionate, comprehensive care to those who need it.
