About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing and billing for our construction customers. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial processing and requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in construction billing.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and construction billing.
Proficiency in AIA Billing within the construction industry.
Strong skills in accounts receivable, billing collections, job costing, reconciliation, and accounting.
Competency in Microsoft Office and Deltek software.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain organized files.
Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members.

Responsibilities

Handle invoicing and billing using Deltek and Computer Ease software systems.
Manage AIA construction billings and submit and track contract change orders for jobs.
Submit lien waivers and print job costing reports.
Match credit card receipts to statements for 25 field personnel.
Review payroll reports to ensure they match back to A/R job billings.
Maintain organization and attention to detail in filing and paperwork.
Communicate effectively with estimators and job superintendents regarding work performed on jobs, distinguishing between contract work and extras.
Work independently as a self-starter, staying motivated to complete tasks.
Follow specific instructions for filing and billing jobs to ensure office staff can easily find and understand job information.
