About The Position

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative (True Bookkeeper) to support invoicing, collections, and financial accuracy within a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics operation. This role is critical to maintaining strong cash flow, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting month-end financial reporting.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on AR and bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and full-cycle bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payment application, and AR reconciliation
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional communication skills for customer follow-up and collections
• Experience in transportation or logistics accounting preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts
• Follow up on outstanding balances and conduct collections professionally
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Support month-end close processes and assist with reporting needs
• Respond to audit requests and provide supporting documentation
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and proactively manage receivables
