About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to manage client accounts, oversee billing communications, and ensure accurate payment processing. If you have experience in accounts receivable, billing, and customer service-and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this role is for you!

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred)
• Experience: 1-3 years in accounts receivable, billing, or related field
• Language: English fluency required
• Work Environment: Office setting with prolonged periods at a desk/computer

Responsibilities

• Process incoming rental agreements
• Manage and file claim invoices
• Post, verify, and record customer payments
• Create and maintain company accounts
• Ensure account accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits
• Handle monthly billing paperwork and maintain customer files
• Provide exceptional customer service
