What You’ll Do Lead & Innovate: Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle (billing, collections, and cash applications) while implementing best practices and process improvements. Drive Strategy: Develop policies that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and support global operations, including credit risk management. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Corporate Controller, business operations, and global finance teams to align on goals and deliver results. Analyze & Advise: Prepare insightful financial reports, aging analyses, and cash flow forecasts to guide senior leadership decisions. Solve Complex Challenges: Manage high-value accounts, resolve billing disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements with major customers. Mentor & Grow Talent: Lead and develop a high-performing AR team through coaching, training, and team-building initiatives. What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–8 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or financial operations
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with NetSuite ERP
Background in international finance and multi-currency environments

Responsibilities
