As our company continues to grow, we’re seeking a skilled professional to support our accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable management and financial data entry. The Accounts Receivable & Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate customer account records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in QuickBooks Online . This person also thrives in a team-oriented environment , communicates effectively, and values collaboration to ensure accuracy and consistency across departments. This position is remote, but you must be located in PA, NJ or DE.
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping
- Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain invoices, payments, and customer account data in QuickBooks
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist in follow-up communications
- Reconcile customer accounts and prepare A/R reports as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Collaborate closely with accounting and operations team members to ensure smooth processes
- Support additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks when required
