About The Position
Accounts Receivable Clerk $26–$28/hour | Hybrid Schedule | Full Benefits We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk on-site in Tarrytown, NY. This role focuses on billing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation, working closely with both Accounting and Operations teams. Position begins onsite for training and transitions to hybrid.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of A/R or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Responsibilities
- Manage collections via phone and email
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Generate and send invoices
- Prepare A/R aging reports and track payments
- Assist with GL entries, memos, and bank reconciliations
