Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ years of relevant work experience required
Nice To Haves
- Experiences in Excel and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus
Responsibilities
- Reconciliation and Deposits Within Other Systems: Approve reconciliations for REPO Plus
- Complete bond deposits in TAM on a daily basis
- Approve Payments in Bank/Check Bank Website: Approve ACH’s initiated in the bank website
- Check Bank website for deposits that have hit our system
- Assists Accounting Manager with Mentoring and Other Duties: Help train new employees
- Lend assistance to other coworkers when the need arises
- Assists with Month End Closure: Book profit sharing amounts at the end of the month
- Book accruals at month end
- Complete balance sheets on a monthly basis
