About The Position

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Business Analyst! We are seeking someone who can excel in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role. You will ensure compliance with company rules and standards in the A/R department and handle accurate and timely billing for resident healthcare services. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare accounts receivable experience, including billing, collections, cash posting, or other revenue cycle-related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate pre-billing reviews, billing, follow-up, and cash posting of charges for an assigned business line.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving both internal and external customer issues within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Conduct admissions and census reviews to ensure the correct and timely setup of resident accounts.
  • Complete follow-up and reconciliation of third-party payments.
  • Perform cash posting and adjustments for subsequent billing or account resolution.
  • Research unapplied cash and credit balances using appropriate payment and write-off codes.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and take on responsibility, displaying a "can-do" approach to work.
