In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our billing and collections processes while helping support strong, collaborative relationships with our customers and internal partners here at Qunol.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Track issuance of invoices to customers, overseeing the billing process to spot and correct inconsistencies to company policies.
  • Analyze and issue reports on customer’s payment performance and overdue evolution.
  • In collaboration with our national account managers, learn on how to become that friendly voice (or email) that customers associate with positive interactions.
  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries and discrepancies, learning to maintain solid relationships.
  • Monitoring incoming payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts.
  • Monitor customer portals to promptly identify posted deductions.
  • Validate alignment to commercial policy and issue corresponding credit notes.
  • Proactively identify and address any late or outstanding payments, coordinating with our commercial on taking decisive steps to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, contributing to the maintenance of financial records in harmony.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in implementing changes that enhance efficiency.
  • Provide supporting documentation for quarterly audit requests and internal controls.
