Position Responsibilities: The Accounts Receivable Analyst seeks solutions to customer and Accounts Receivable (AR) balance needs, analyzes trends, and presents innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will provide management with reports that analyze and communicate operational risks and performance while supporting on-going internal and external audits by maintaining strong documentation You will perform general ledger account and customer statement reconciliations, handle accounting tasks, train teammates, and lead department research You will lead a broad array of AR activities such as, cash receipts, adjustments, contacting sales for chargebacks and deductions You will conduct user-acceptance testing for new applications by analyzing team performance Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
