About The Position

We are looking for the final piece of our new Credit Team puzzle at Brandt Head Office in Ballarat. About the role: As an Accounts Receivable Administrator for Brandt, you will be essential to continue the momentum of our dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Must have proven accounts receivable experience.
  • A quick learner with superb administration skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to negotiate.
  • Organisation and Time Management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Team player willing to go the extra mile for others.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results.

Responsibilities

  • Debtor Collection and Management
  • Debtor Credit Application
  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Contact customers re overdue accounts and arrange payment including resolving issues to enable payment.
  • Maintain the Accounts Receivable database.
  • Educate and train branch staff on accounts receivable policies and processes.
  • Support other office administrative operations.
