About The Position

Legend Management Group/Elm Street Development is a 100% fully COVID-19 vaccinated company and has a mandatory vaccination policy in place. Part Time Accounts Payable Job Summary: As our Part Time Accounts Payable, you will support the accounting team and properties AP operations. You will be mainly working on weekly AP duties and assisting with queries from internal and external customers. You will work approximately 20-29 hours per week, hybrid at home and at the corporate office and report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and enter invoices
  • Review accuracy of invoices
  • Perform weekly payments to vendors
  • Respond promptly and professionally to questions from properties or vendors pertaining to Accounts Payable (received in person, by email, phone, etc)
  • Encourage and help team members
  • Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture
