Responsibilities

• Receiving and reviewing vendor invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving paperwork
• Organizing and maintaining accounts payable files and documentation
• Assisting the Accounts Payable Specialist with daily processing tasks
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure complete and accurate paperwork for payment
• Working with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation
• Supporting month-end and ongoing administrative processes as needed
