The Accounts Payable Support role focuses on ticket resolution and providing support to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the clean-up of the Oracle and ServiceNow queues, ensuring timely escalation of issues requiring second-level support. In addition, you will offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures to support Operations and HQ personnel. Leveraging metrics to enhance training and improve the customer satisfaction experience is a key aspect of this role.
