Requirements

Responsibilities

• Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal ID numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Verify approval on all invoices and check requests
• Update and maintain vendor database
• Audit and process employees’ expenses reports
• Process and enter invoices
• Maintain accounts payable files
• Record credit cards and bank fees
• Special projects as assigned
