They specialize in magnesium-based mineral solutions for a wide range of applications. Their North American journey began in 1999 with the opening of their office in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, serving customers across the U.S. and Canada. The company's strength comes from controlling the entire value chain, with vertically integrated mines and dedicated global R&D and logistics teams. Terresis is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Minneapolis team. This hybrid role is designed for an ERP-savvy professional who thrives in a self-directed environment, offering a flexible schedule of 25–30 hours per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external vendors
• Exceptional accuracy and a "sharp eye" for detail
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet weekly deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working within an ERP system is highly desired
• Specific experience with SAP is highly preferred
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all AP invoices by inputting them into our ERP system
• Review and process employee expense and mileage reports, ensuring all submissions adhere to company policy and budgetary guidelines
• Coordinate and file essential tonnage reports and manage the timely renewal of business licenses
• Maintain organized digital records and support period-end closing activities as needed
