Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or Technical Degree in Accounting and equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High proficiency in accounting software
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general bookkeeping principles

Responsibilities

Manage Paycom Expense Management: ensure accurate setup, verify uploaded information, and assist users with training and ongoing questions.
Complete various account reconciliations, including credit card reconciliations.
Review and process invoices or statements: assign correct account numbers, confirm proper documentation, and route to the appropriate division.
Maintain electronic, paperless records using the organization’s accounting software.
Support monthly and yearly close processes, including preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare and update W-9s and annual 1099s.
Assist with audits, budgeting, and other accounting projects as assigned.
