We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist 2 for a Remote role in our Accounting/Finance organization.

Requirements

GED or High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office/Excel

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree preferred
Familiarity with one or more accounting systems is preferred.
Deltek VantagePoint experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform varied Accounts Payable duties including vendor statement review and data entry.
Monitor the Accounts Payable centralized mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
Audit and verify employee expense reports and correct errors.
Assist with check and ach payments as requested.
Assist with year-end audits and 1099 processing.
Perform special assignments as needed
