The Accounts Payable (AP) Manager is a senior finance leader responsible for owning and operating Accounts Payable as a centralized, enterprise shared services function supporting multiple business units within Moran Towing Corporation and its subsidiaries. This role provides strategic leadership across people, processes, and systems to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient payables operations in a multi entity, multi system environment. The AP Manager partners closely with Finance leadership, Procurement, and business unit stakeholders to standardize processes, strengthen controls, support acquisitions, and enable enterprise growth. The AP Manager will lead multiple teams, drive process automation, and serve as a key stakeholder in a major ERP implementation, including the rollout of purchase orders and PO receiving. Additionally, this role includes administration and oversight of Concur Expense, managing high-volume credit card programs and employee reimbursable transactions.
