About The Position

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees all aspects of the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports. This leader will develop and maintain strong internal controls, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice entry, matching, approvals, payment runs, and month-end close activities.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of high-volume vendor invoices.
Maintain the AP ledger and ensure proper coding to the general ledger.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and inquiries.
Evaluate current AP processes and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
Implement best practices to improve accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
Support system upgrades, integrations, and finance transformation initiatives.
