Responsible for the overall supervision and operations of accounts payable (AP) and professional development of staff. Leadership responsibility to meet accounts payable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to properties and other key stakeholders. Leadership responsibility to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are appropriately defined and accurately tracked to maximize and improve services provided. Key communicator with property finance regarding SLA performance and to ensure correct operating procedures are adhered to in accordance with SOX, regulatory requirements and internal controls standards.
