The A/P Coordinator must have must have an understanding of A/P reconciliations and financial statement preparation, the ability to multi-task while also paying attention to detail while working closely with various departments in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 2 years of experience (or an appropriate combination of education and experience) directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and standard.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and office.

Responsibilities

  • Post scheduled and miscellaneous charges to owner’s ledgers.
  • Process payments via multiple platforms.
  • Interaction with clients via phone and email.
  • Process delinquency actions based on policy.
  • Maintain database.
