About The Position

ENTACT has numerous regional offices and project sites across the United States. We are well positioned to serve our clients nationwide. ENTACT is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to work in our Westmont, IL office. This role will be in the office 5 days a week while training, then could shift to hybrid arrangement (2-3 days in office per week) once training is successfully completed.

Requirements

Experience with accounting software, word, excel, 10-key and other general office equipment required
2-3 years accounts payable experience preferred
Team-player and “can-do” attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills
