Requirements

1+ year of experience in accounts payable or administrative finance roles
Familiarity with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) in all applicable states
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Strong visual acuity and comfort working with spreadsheets and accounting data
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

Experience in cannabis, retail, or regulated industries (preferred)

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and coding
Prepare and process payments, including check runs, ACH transfers, and reimbursements
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain AP records and documentation for audits and compliance
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, and Operations teams to resolve payment issues
Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed
