About The Position

As an Accounts Payable Clerk with Automated, you will ensure accuracy in statements, invoices, and internal reporting of expenses for the company. This is a heavy data entry position that will take a strong eye for detail and great organizational skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform day to day financial transactions which include: verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording payables.
Scan, attach, and process all invoices.
Call vendors and locate missing invoices.
Process accruals and match all statements.
Assist Accounting with all duties as assigned.
Completes various clean-ups, audits, and other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the company.
Keep up to date on new trends and changes in area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, and other events, and access other information sources.
