About The Position

We are a fast-growing restaurant group proudly operating multiple Pizza Patróns and Wingstop locations across South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, and Missouri.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Close attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Cyma software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests
• Sort, code, and match invoices accurately
• Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current and compliant
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries professionally
• Assist with month-end closing processes
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to payment processing
• Support overall accounting department functions
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
