Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness is crucial for accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and payment issues
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with vendors and internal teams is necessary
- Prior experience in accounts payable preferred
- Required personal computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from vendors.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and complete financial records related to accounts payable transactions
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze periodic reports
