About The Position

This position performs general accounts receivable and accounts payable duties in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.

• Ability to use computer applications and systems, including ABRA and M2M.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Two year's experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date billing system.
• Follow up, collection, and allocation of payments.
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepares and submits bank deposits.
• Issues customer invoices.
• Verifies and enters all freight charges.
• Performs credit checks, run D&B, and check references.
• Reviews monthly inventory.
• Submits quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Manages weekly payroll.
• Produces monthly reports.
• Completes quarterly and annual government surveys.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.
