From sorting invoices to reconciling statements, you'll help ensure our financial operations are accurate and efficient. You'll work closely with various departments helping to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. This role will support all of our diverse entities, including Rainbo Oil Company, Plymouth Lubricants, Kwik Stop, and Dairy Queen. Rainbo Oil Company, a family-owned business based in Dubuque, Iowa, has been delivering bulk oil and finished lubricants since 1923. As a multi-line distributor operating across multiple states, we pride ourselves on top-quality products, exceptional customer service, and a team culture rooted in humble confidence, growth, and a customer-first mindset. In addition we operate Kwik Stop, the largest locally owned chain of convenience stores in Dubuque, with 11 locations serving Dubuque, Peosta, and Delhi. Requirements

  • A knack for organization and accuracy
  • Comfort with accounting processes and Excel
  • A team-player attitude and great communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous accounts payable experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Open and sort incoming invoices across our business units
  • Enter, scan, and route invoices for approval
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Use Excel to track and present expense data
  • Support year-end reporting tasks
