What it's like to be a Accounts Payable Associate - Full Time at Accounts Payable Associate - Full Time As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Associate at S.J. Louis, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices accurately and promptly through matching, batching, coding, and data entry to ensure that costs are recorded correctly. You will also communicate with various departments and management to confirm purchase approvals and swiftly resolve any arising issues. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you research and address payable discrepancies with vendors, review and process monthly credit card transactions, and reconcile vendor statements. Additionally, you will review accounts payable entries for accuracy and ensure that invoices are paid on time, all while performing other assigned duties that contribute to the overall financial health of the company. Requirements

2-year degree in Accounting or 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
Detail oriented and ability to work under deadlines.
Demonstrated experiences of performing functions efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision
Ability to develop positive working relationships and communicate effectively with vendors employees and internal customers
High degree of integrity and discretion in safeguarding confidential information
Experience with Excel Word and Outlook is required
