Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Handle check runs, direct pays, and approvals
- Maintain vendor files (W9s, insurance, 1099 setup)
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments daily
- Assist with month-end reports and schedules
- Keep records clean, organized, and audit-ready
