About The Position
Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is searching for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a mid-sized organization in the Napierville/Aurora, IL area on a contract to hire basis. Candidate will be able to learn from a tenured team and must be able to toggle between multiple systems and Excel as well as have some AP background. Candidate will be responsible for: Data entry AP processing Data dumps from systems into Excel Working with data in Excel (mostly vlookups and some pivottables) Aptitude to learn and keep systems working through a manual process High volume AP experience is not required, but a thoughtful approach to Excel and systems is helpful! Candidate should have the following in their background:
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2+ years of AP experience, or Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience
- AP experience ideally from a distribution or manufacturing background
- Strong Excel and systems experience
- Ability to juggle multiple invoice types
- Prioritization experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
