About The Position
A large retail firm in Issaquah, WA is seeking a skilled Accounting/Data Analyst for a 3-month contract. This position requires working onsite from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform a 3-way match with customs invoices to ensure accurate payment alignment. The role also involves monthly auditing of customs documentation and invoices, utilizing VLOOKUP and pivot tables for data sorting. A strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data are essential.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reconciliation and data analysis.
- Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP and handling customs documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial invoices and form 7501.
- Ability to work effectively with large amounts of data.
