See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments, while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in accounting.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
