In the Accounts Payable role, you will Processes bill of ladings, invoices, and
payments while providing financial and administrative support to the
organization.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am -5pm

Pay: $19-$20

Requirements

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least one year of experience with accounts payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.
• Personal responsibility to manage change.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices utilizing Invoice Coding.
• Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prompt communication with carriers and vendors about payment needs/status via phone and email.
• Make bank deposits.
• Manage refund invoices and apply refund checks.
• Prepare CSV files for vendor invoice upload.
• Audit bank data to verify customers are billed and reconciled properly.
